When does on-site matter?
Most IT work doesn’t require us in the room. Remote tooling handles 90% of tickets faster than driving over would. The 10% that does need on-site work:
- Initial network walkthrough during onboarding
- Failed switch / firewall / server replacement
- New office buildout, cabling, AP placement
- Hardware refreshes — we deliver, install, and remove the old gear
- Business reviews and planning sessions when in-person is useful
- Active security incidents, where being on-site is faster
For all of those, our location matters. For everything else, the speed of remote support matters more — and we have you covered there regardless of where you are.
